Ella Emovon

Board Member

Ella is committed to helping individuals and organisations realise their potential. She started her career in the Public Sector in the field of HR, Learning and Organisational Development and moved into the commercial sector consulting and partnering with organisations to enable organisational transformation.

 

In the Health Sector, she leads on leadership and management development. Ella combines her professional practice with working as a part time University Lecturer where she has worked for 10 years during which time, she held the position of Associate Dean - Learning and Teaching, Student Experience and Quality Assurance.

 

Ella has served as a Board Member at Citizens Advice Bureau and as an Associate Non-Executive at London Learning Consortium. She is a Fellow of the Higher Education Academy, Holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Human Resource Management and an Executive MBA.

 

She is the co-founder of a Global NGO working to support marginalised communities in Africa through Education and Food Bank.

 

In her spare time Ella likes creative running, dancing, abstract photography, reading and organising transformational initiatives.
