Duration: Up to 12 – 15 Months (including the End Point Assessment)

Apprenticeship Standard: Customer Service Practitioner
This programme will provide you with the foundation you need to develop skills and carry out a customer service role in a variety of industries.
The Standard will equip you with the expertise to offer continuous improvement in customer service, communication skills and the confidence to deal with customers in a positive, personable and professional way.
Entry Requirements
· You will ideally have GCSE Grade 3 in English and maths or Functional Skills Entry 3 or Functional skills Level 1
· You must have some relevant work experience in a customer service environment. If you do not have the relevant work experience, First Rung can support you to gain this experience
What will I study?
Level 2 Customer Service course work includes: • Interpersonal skills • Communication • Influencing skills • Personal organisation • Dealing with customer conflict and challenge. Functional Skills Level 2 English, maths and ICT if required
